Organizing will save our lives.

Good organizing is essential to building and using our power to win what is at stake for our communities. I am a huge organizing nerd who is humbled to have been trained by some incredible movement leaders from across the globe. My experience has shaped my deep belief that organizing is great because everybody can do it –  it’s just about harnessing our own skills towards a shared goal. I work with groups to build their capacity to get and stay organized so we can take on whatever comes next.

Some of my recent efforts include:

• Supporting striking workers at Kickstarter to win a 4 day work week.

• Stewarding RE|Organizing School to connect movement leaders from across the NYC ecosystem for shared learning and network weaving. 

• Coordinating union members and labor allies to support Claire Valdez’s campaign for Congress.

• Mentoring organizers who are building the largest volunteer canvassing efforts in NYC history.
